Our service comprises of four elements, which can be used, together or separately but from experience work better together as a whole package.

Firstly we offer a range of secretarial and administrative support including:

Copy / audio typing, mail shots, CVs, email services, data entry, diary management, appointment bookings, travel arrangements plus much more.

You can use our pay as you go secretarial and administrative services in your business on both long and short-term contracts, or your adhoc projects. This helps you cope with seasonal peaks and dire emergencies, allowing you to concentrate on revenue generation within your business.

Secondly, being the owner manager you are essential for the day-to-day efficient running of your business. We complete a lifestyle assessment with you enabling us to suggest changes, helping to maintain you in the best of health.

Thirdly, as first impressions are so important we promote a skin care and management system to help you look your best.

Fourthly, we use and recommend the IBS Training System. In a start up or small business as every person in your team is a key player, their actions and interactions are absolutely critical to how your business is perceived. We aim to help your team be the best that they can be by developing their financial, business and communication skills, through a book, CD and seminar programme.
